Absolutely! If you choose to start with the free starter plan, you can upgrade at anytime once you're ready.


What is meant by sales volume?

Premium pricing is based on your gross monthly sales volume. Your account will automatically be upgraded or downgraded based on your previous 30 day sales history on your billing period.


Do you offer a free trial?

All premium accounts come with a 30 day trial. Your credit card is required and will not be billed until the end of your trial period. Cancel anytime before your trial is expired and you won't be billed.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes! All plans are month-to-month with no long term commitments or contracts.


Can I use my own domain name?

Absolutely! You can transfer an existing domain or register one right through Highwire. We'll set up a temporary domain for you until you get one set up.


Do you have setup fees or contracts?

No, there are no fees or contracts with Highwire. All plans are month-to-month and can be canceled at anytime.


Do I need to provide my own servers?

Nope. Highwire includes premium cloud hosting at no extra cost. You don’t have to worry about servers, software, databases, or security.
